The repairs come after a large water main break occurred in the city in early August disrupting water service to several parts of the city.
Keowee Street will be closed between Monument Avenue and Valley Street and is expected to remain closed until at least April 5, according to the Dayton Police Department.
Signs will be posted for detours near Monument Avenue, Findlay Street and Valley Street.
