This year the event was held at Englewood MetroPark.

“The race today gives people a chance to support their children, their parents or support people in general. It gives them the feeling that they can support everybody,” said Tom Humbert, one of the event organizers.

This event was one of many events held in the Miami Valley as part of pride month.

The Greater Dayton LGBT Center hosted Dayton’s Pride celebration on Saturday.
