Miamisburg residents say they have been overrun with feral cats and the problem is only growing worse.
While some neighbors believe they are helping by feeding the stray cats, others say the practice is irresponsible and even unlawful.
Newscenter 7’s Malik Perkins spoke with neighbors who are fed up with the feral felines and explains how city officials are addressing the issue.
