Police said Boyd paid the two people for sex after he was done. A third person also was at the Kensington Drive house, but was not involved in the sex acts, according to court records.

In addition to the sexual assault, police said Boyd also assaulted and held a gun to the back of the head of one of the victims after the three were involved in a crash involving Boyd’s vehicle. During the alleged assault, one of the other victims tried to come out of the basement, but was “aggressively stopped by Boyd and ordered back into the basement,” records read.

Boyd is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
