Two years after being purchased, The Kettering Tower is once again up for sale.
Officials with the building’s owner, New York-based Dunkirk Realty, said they are now willing to sell the office building and are looking for potential buyers. Dunkirk Reality bought the 500,000 square foot office building for $6.4 million in 2012.
Dayton’s tallest office building is being marketed to potential buyers through HFF Indianapolis.
The 30-story Kettering Tower was built in 1971 for $73 million. Renovations of the property were completed as recently as 2012. Tenants of the Kettering Tower include JPMorgan Chase, The Dayton Racquet Club, and Pickrel Schaeffer & Ebeling, all of which have been located at the Kettering Tower since 1971.
According to a company web site, Dunkirk Realty was founded over 30 years ago and is owned by Albert Macanian. Dunkirk says they are an aggressive purchaser of properties and are actively looking to acquire properties.
