UPDATE @ 6 p.m. (Nov. 7):
A Trotwood man accused in the September shooting death of a Kettering man is pleading not guilty to the charges against him.
Dylan Anthony Dugan, 24, was arraigned Thursday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, where bond was set at $1 million.
Mitchel “Max” Miller, 28, was fatally shot Sept. 19 by intruders at a condominium in the 5600 block of East Coach Drive in Kettering. He was taken by private vehicle to Miami Valley Hospital South, where he died.
Dugan is in the Montgomery County Jail, where he has been held since his Oct. 27 arrest by Kettering police.
FIRST REPORT (Nov. 5):
A man accused of killing another man on East Coach Drive in September has been identified and indicted by a Montgomery County grand jury.
Dylan Anthony Dugan, 24, of Trotwood, is charged with six counts of murder, three counts of aggravated robbery, three counts of aggravated burglary, three counts of felonious assault, and three counts of kidnapping.
All counts include a three-year weapon specification.
Dugan is currently in custody as the investigation continues.

Miller was taken by private vehicle to a Centerville hospital, where he later died.
