KETTERING — Kettering Health is holding free community cooking classes to teach healthy cooking and learn about health risks.

The next class is scheduled for Jan. 30 at 5 p.m. at the Cedarville Fire Department.

Kettering Health says they will be going over the fundamentals of healthy cooking and cooking for specific health conditions.
The sessions are funded by a grant which goes toward improving health in rural areas, Kettering Health says.
