Juvenile flown to hospital after 30-foot fall from grain bin in Darke County

DARKE COUNTY — A juvenile was flown to a Dayton hospital after they fell around 30 feet from a grain bin in Darke County Saturday, according to the deputies.

Rescue crews and deputies were called to the 6000 block of of state Route 705, north of North Star, just before midnight Saturday night, deputies said in a media release.

The victim, who was not identified, was flown by a CareFlight medical helicopter to Miami Valley Hospital for treatment. Their condition was not released.
