Juneteenth: Dayton
Dayton celebrates Juneteenth on June 18 at Liberation Park on the corner of N. Broadway St. and Superior Ave. The park will be a lively and welcoming atmosphere where people of all ages can come together to celebrate the historical significance of Juneteenth. Juneteenth: Troy
The 3rd Annual Troy Juneteenth Celebration will be happening On June 16 and 17. The festivities will begin on Friday, June 16 at the Troy-Hayner Cultural Center at 6:30pm. The center will display a children’s art exhibit that explores the theme of celebrating freedom. The display will feature 25 local elementary and secondary students who have submitted their interpretations of the theme. The exhibit will be on display through July 30.

Juneteenth Walk will start at 3pm on June 17 at Hobart Food Equipment Group, which is located at 701 South Ridge Avenue. The walk will proceed to McKaig and Race Park, where there will be Juneteenth festivities taking place.
