Bush is accused of killing Lavar Edward Bagley Sr in the parking lot of the bar and grill on Germantown Pike. A second victim was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle and is expected to survive.

“Further investigation and evidence, including witness statements and surveillance video revealed the defendant, while inside his car, shot both victims in the parking lot,” the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement.

Bush was indicted on two counts of murder and four counts of felonious assault.

He’s being held in Montgomery County Jail on a $750,000 bond and will be arraigned on Thursday.
