2 indicted for break-ins at North Dixie Self Storage

BUTLER TWP., Montgomery County — Two people were indicted Friday after they were accused of breaking into multiple storage units at North Dixie Self Storage in December.

David Linze, 41, and Tonya Rice, 45, were indicted on six counts each of breaking and entering by a grand jury.

Rice and Linze are accused of jumping the fence at the storage facility, 9117 N. Dixie Dr., several times between Dec. 21 and Dec. 23, according to police reports.

The duo is accused of stealing power tools and trading cards worth approximately $500 in one of the instances, reports show.

Linze and Rice are scheduled to be arraigned on the charges on Feb. 22. Warrants have been issued for their arrests.
