EVENDALE — Today, St. Rita School for the Deaf is set to have a pep rally for staff and students, and a special guest is scheduled to make an appearance.
According to a release, Ickey Woods will make his guest appearance at the pep rally at 2:00 p.m.

Earlier this week, the students of St. Rita learned how to do the Ickey Shuffle. They also challenged the Evendale Police Department to a dance competition to see who could do the best rendition of the shuffle.

The school posted a video on its Facebook page showcasing the dance-off.
Megen Construction is sponsoring the guest appearance, according to the release.
