House destroyed after fire in Dayton

DAYTON — A fire ripped through a house in Dayton Friday afternoon.

Crews were called to heavy fire showing from a house in the 600 block of Walton Avenue just before 3 p.m.

The house was vacant and no injuries were reported, according to Montgomery County dispatch.
