DAYTON — The Dayton Water Department and Montgomery County water system are under a boil advisory tonight amid a widespread issue that led to low to no water pressure for thousands of customers.

Montgomery County Sheriff Rob Streck urged residents to not call 911 to ask questions about the water.

The county Regional Dispatch Center is being flooded with calls, and needs to be reserved for emergency situations.
