That night, a Cousin Vinny’s Pizza delivery driver was robbed at gunpoint in the same area. The driver was robbed of his cellphone, pizza and his vehicle.

Police were able to determine the stolen phone on April 3 was inside a house on Emmons Street. The suspect attempted to flee through a back door, but was stopped and arrested, according to the prosecutor’s office.

The stolen phone and several guns, including the firearm used to shoot the homeowner the previous night, were found inside the house.
