A special televised Grand Illumination will be aired on WHIO-TV channel 7 at 7 p.m. on Nov. 27.
A gathering downtown will not take place this year, but the Dayton Holiday Festival will be having a drive-thru Children’s Parade in Lights on Nov. 28 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Spectators will slowly pass through several blocks of downtown in their own vehicles to get an up-close view of the floats, holiday entertainment and lights that will be along Main Street.
You can register for the parade at the Dayton Holiday Festival website and admission is free.
