City of Troy to begin collecting Christmas trees this week

TROY — The City of Troy will be collecting non-artificial Christmas trees beginning Tuesday.

Pickup will take place from Tuesday, December 27 through Saturday, January 31.

Residents are asked to place their tree at the curb for collection.

All decorations, lights, and stands must be removed, and the tree must be un-bagged.
