WATCH: Cincinnati Shooting: Police release extended body camera footage

Omar Enrique Santa Perez, 29, walked into the Fifth Third Bank building lobby on Sept. 6, then opened fire randomly before being killed by Cincinnati police officers who shot him.

The coroner’s office reported Perez was shot multiple times, including a fatal shot to the head. There was no evidence of close-range shooting, the coroner’s office reported.

Body camera footage from officers showed they engaged him through the glass windows.

Police have not determined a motive for Perez’s actions.

His family members wanted to have him committed to a mental-health facility years ago, Florida court records showed.
