As News Center 7 has previously reported, Ashley Flynn, 37, was found dead on Feb. 16 after officers received a report of a burglary and shooting at her home on Cunningham Court.

Footage shows officers rushing to the home.

A shift supervisor gets on a phone and informs department leaders what’s happened.

“We have a homicide. We have a lady with a gunshot wound to the head. The husband’s here, and the kids are here. I have not really talked much to him yet,” the supervisor says.

Most footage showing the inside of the home has been blurred.

Ashley’s husband, Caleb, is heard being extremely upset.

TRENDING STORIES:

Officers ask Caleb if there are guns in the house.

He tells them he has a shotgun, a pellet gun, and a handgun in his truck.

As officers go into the garage, they note that the side door is open.

Officers stay with Caleb as they continue to investigate.

Police brought him to the police station the same day as the shooting.

“I’m being cordial, I’m being cooperative,” Caleb says.

Detectives fingerprinted him, but explained that it was just because they knew his fingerprints would be all over the house.

Caleb asks about getting his phone back.

“My parents are coming from out of town,” he tells detectives.

Detectives tell him it’s standard for them to collect everything as evidence.

Caleb is then free to go.

On Feb. 19, he was brought into the police station again.

He is then asked to get into a marked car and is taken to the Miami County Jail in Troy.

Here, he would be booked in on charges of murder, felonious assault, and tampering with evidence.

Caleb’s bond is $2 million and he has a court appearance in late March.
