BELLBROOK — A 66-year-old Bellbrook man accused of performing a sex act on himself in a Bellbrook neighborhood Monday afternoon faced similar charges for an incident on the property of Bellbrook High School in 2017, public records show.

Gregory Davis was issued a court summons for public indecency and criminal trespass following a reported incident on Kensington Drive near the intersection of Possum Run Road, according to a Bellbrook police report.

“There was a man in front of my house in a little red Mini Coop,” a caller told police dispatchers around 12:30 p.m. “(He) got out and is still doing it up in the bushes of my neighbors.”

The woman told police dispatchers she almost got into an argument with Davis when she confronted him.

“We were in each other’s face and he took off just now,” the woman said. “All the neighbors were seeing it as well.”

Davis was previously charged with public indecency in November 2017 for an incident on the property of Bellbrook High School. He ended up pleading guilty to a lesser charge of disorderly conduct in that case.

Davis is scheduled to be in court July 7.
