MIAMI TWP., Montgomery County — Miami Twp. Police have arrested the person they suspect was responsible for a mid-afternoon robbery in the parking lot of Kroger at Austin Landing.

The robbery was reported around 2:15 p.m.
“Miami Twp. Police units quickly responded and while canvassing the parking lot and surrounding areas a suspect was apprehended and a weapon was recovered,” said Miami Twp. Officer Pat McCoy.
The victim in the robbery suffered a minor injury, which did not require a trip to the hospital.
Additional details about the robbery were not immediately available.
