DAYTON — One person has been taken to the hospital after a shooting in Dayton early Saturday morning.
We called Montgomery County Regional dispatch, and they told us crews were sent out to a shooting on the 1700 block of Leo Street around 2:27 a.m.
Initial reports said two people had been injured after the shooting. However, medics only took one person to Miami Valley Hospital for their injuries.

According to dispatch, the second patient had left the scene without medical transport.
Dayton Police are currently investigating the situation.
