CLARK COUNTY — A driver is left with critical injuries after a Clark County Sheriff’s Department pursuit ended in a rollover crash in the 6500 block of South Charleston Pike around 9 a.m. Sunday, according to the Springfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Initial reports indicated the victim was trapped inside the vehicle.
CareFlight responded to the scene and emergency crews were able to get the victim out of the vehicle and take him or her to Miami Valley Hospital.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office is handling the pursuit investigation and we are working to learn more about how that pursuit began.
