HUBER HEIGHTS — Two news businesses are coming to Huber Heights soon.

Five Guys and a Spectrum retail store will split the building that used to be home to a TGI Fridays on Old Troy Pike, according to a statement released from Huber Heights Mayor Jeff Gore.
“Our development team has been crushing it, and we’re not done yet,” Gore said in the statement.
It’s not yet known when development will begin on the businesses.
The TGI Fridays abruptly closed in 2017.
