Dayton Metro Library to hold Kettering Health programs in the Miamisburg Branch

Dayton Metro Library will be holding two Kettering Health programs in the Miamisburg Branch beginning Saturday, according to the External Relations Manager with Dayton Metro Library.

The library is located at 545 East Linden Avenue in Miamisburg, the spokesperson said in a media release shared with News Center 7.

A stress management session will be held on Saturday, Dec. 10th., from 11 a.m. through 12 p.m., the spokesperson said. This session will explain how chronic stress affects the body and what coping mechanisms to use that best reduce stress.

The second session, ‘My Chart,’ will occur on Dec. 13th from 6:30 p.m. through 7:30 p.m., the spokesperson said.

My Chart is Kettering Health’s web portal and phone app that allows patients access to medical information, the spokesperson said. This program will teach people how to use My Chart to access medical records, view test results, manage appointments, and more.
