Clark County officers have one of two subjects in custody after a Tuesday morning break-in at a Moorefield Township Speedway store.
At 2:50 a.m., officers responded to 5050 Urbana Road on a report of a break-in.
Preliminary information states a vehicle was stopped on Merritt Road in Springfield. One person was taken into custody and officers are searching for a second person of interest.
Officials say the front glass door at the Speedway store was smashed. Cigarettes are missing and the cash register was knocked over.
The incident is under investigation.
