DAYTON — A Riverside woman accused of driving while intoxicated when she crashed into a Jeep in December in Huber Heights pleaded guilty, according to Montgomery County court documents.
Baleigh Jo Collinsworth was convicted of two counts of aggravated vehicular assault Monday.
Two additional counts of aggravated vehicular assault and two counts of operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol were dismissed as a result of the plea.
A judge scheduled Collinsworth’s sentencing for June 13, according to court records.
She faces up to 10 years in prison.
