A father and son are the alleged ringleaders of a drug-trafficking operation that has ended with the arrests of several people in Pickaway County, according to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.

The six-month investigation was led by the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office, Circleville police, the attorney general’s heroin unit, as well as the Bureau of Criminal Investigation’s Special Operations Unit and Criiminal Intelligence Unit, according to the release.

Leslie “Alan” Crosby, 51, and his son, Nicholas Crosby, 25, both of Circleville, often traveled to Columbus to buy heroin and cocaine from two main suppliers, who were also indicted as part of the investigation, according to the release.

Leslie’s wife, 45-year-old Rhonda Crosby, and his daughter, 22-year-old Regina Crosby, are also facing charges in the drug-trafficking ring, according to the release.

Others named as suspects in the case are Anthony Schwalbauch, 32, Adam Boysel, 34, Joseph McGraw, 44, and Nikki Herron, 30, according to the release. All are from Cicleville except McGraw, who is from McDermott, authorities said.

Each suspect is charged with one count each of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, conspiracy to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, and two counts each of heroin trafficking and cocaine trafficking, according to the release.

Fifteen other people face lesser charges, such as drug possession, in connection to the investigation.
