Dayton man jailed on child pornography charges

DAYTON — A 41-year-old Dayton man is now jailed on child pornography charges.

Stephen John Jugon was booked Tuesday evening into the Montgomery County Jail.

He was wanted following his Friday indictment for two counts of illegal use of a minor in a nudity-oriented material or performance and one count each of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor and pandering obscenity, according to court documents.

FIRST REPORT (Jan. 10)

A warrant was issued Friday for the arrest of a 41-year-old Dayton man on child pornography charges.

Stephen Jugon was indicted on two counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance and one count each of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor and pandering obscenity, according to a grand jury report released Friday.

He is not in custody and is due Jan. 23 for his arraignment in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
