Kettering man accused of endangering children, disseminating matter harmful to kids

KETTERING — A 46-year-old Kettering man was indicted Friday for endangering children involving sexual material, according to court records.

Walter Louis Jackson Sr. will be arraigned Tuesday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court after he was indicted for endangering children, two counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles younger than 13 and a misdemeanor domestic violence charge.

The incidents were alleged to have happened on Independence Day 2019, and were investigated by the Kettering Police Department, court documents show.

Jackson has been held in the Montgomery County Jail since his Dec. 31 arrest.
