A Dayton man wanted in connection to a meth lab operation is now behind bars.
Jason Arnold, 40, was booked tonight into the Montgomery County Jail after he was indicted Sept. 25.
Arnold was arrested at 8:30 p.m. in the 300 block of West Third Street in Dayton. He is scheduled to appear Thursday morning in court, online jail records show.

Police are seeking a Dayton man accused of operating a meth lab in the vicinity of a school or juvenile.
Jason Arnold, 40, was indicted today on felony charges stemming from a June 4 bust of a suspected methamphetamine operation at 19 N. Garfield St.
“Police were acting on an anonymous tip that there was a meth lab at that property,” said Greg Flannagan of the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
Arnold was charged with illegal manufacture of drugs; aggravated possession of drugs; possession of criminal tools; and illegal assembly or possession of chemicals used to manufacture controlled substances, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Arnold, Flannagan said.
