Dayton man accused of filming sex with juvenile, posting it to porn website

DAYTON — A judge set bond at $25,000 Tuesday for a 19-year-old Dayton man accused of filming himself having sex with a juvenile female without her knowledge and posting the video online.

Albert D. Black II is facing charges of pandering obscenity involving a minor, pandering sexual oriented material involving a minor, and voyeurism, according to Montgomery County court records.

On March 4, Black posted a link to his Facebook page to a porn website that showed him having sex with the alleged victim, who was a juvenile at the time, according to a court affidavit.

“Victim [redacted] was unaware that she was being recorded and did not give permission to this,” the affidavit said.

Black and the victim reportedly had a sexual relationship from February 2018 to September 2018, according to court documents.

A Montgomery County grand jury indicted Black on June 28.
