Cocaine, cash seized in Piqua drug raid; 2 arrested

PIQUA — Two people are jailed on felony drug charges following a bust Thursday morning at a home in Piqua.

The Piqua Police Department, along with the Piqua-Sidney Tactical Response Team, raided the house around 8:30 a.m. in the 500 block of Harrison Street.

Police seized cocaine, drug paraphernalia and money, according to a Piqua police release.

The tactical response team was called to help execute the narcotics search warrant because the home was deemed a high risk to officer safety, police said.

The home’s residents, Bryan A. Dobbs, 33, was booked into the Miami County Jail on suspicion of trafficking in drugs, and Fedoshia L. Cole, 27, was booked on suspicion of permitting drug abuse and drug possession.
