A 40-year-old man denied charges Friday that he made sexual advances to an underage boy in Clark County.
Randy Baugh pleaded not guilty to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and gross sexual imposition; his bond was continued at $50,000, according to proceedings in Clark County Common Pleas Court.
Police said Baugh inappropriately touched a teen family member after the teen refused to engage in sexual activity with him.
The judge ordered Baugh to have no contact with the victim. He remains in the Clark County Jail.
