URS notes that although adult day programs and child care centers were ordered to close March 22, there is an exception that allows services under certain restrictions to continue, according to a release.
The facility obtained a Pandemic Child Care temporary license in order to allow them to provide care in classes of six or fewer children beginning Monday, they said.
“The parents of these children are all from the approved list of essential jobs as defined by Gov. DeWine."

In addition to child care, URS is resuming adult day programs for groups of up to eight Monday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
URS is providing transportation to avoid exposure for clients who might otherwise use public transportation.
“We are available to also offer in-home individual support for families using Home-Based Personal Care (HPC) as well as “virtual services” or those “on behalf of” individuals such as online activities, shopping and delivering food, supplies,” the release said.
“In order to protect the health and safety of each individual served and our staff, we will be following the strict guidance for screening and social distancing provided by Gov. DeWine, the Center for Disease Control, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) and the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DoDD).”
