“Ensuring student success is what is most important, and this partnership with Wright State helps students stay on track in completing their education with minimal interruption as a result of the pandemic," Kimberly Collins, Program Director for University Partnerships at Sinclair College said in a written statement.

Wright State extended its technology loan program to Sinclair to help make this possible, Collins said.

“Having access to a laptop has been tremendously helpful since all classes are now online-only,” said Raquel Parker, a Sinclair student enrolled in the Business Management Associate Degree Program in a release.

"I did not have a computer at home and, in order to do my business classes, I really needed a laptop. I expressed my concern and in a matter of hours, I was connected with a person at Wright State University. I now have a laptop that has helped me complete my assignments on time. I am even able to video conference with my professors.”

Sinclair and Wright State have a long standing partnership through the Wright Path program, a transfer partnership that allows students to start their education at Sinclair and complete their bachelor’s degree at Wright State.
