A developer is working to bring a United Dairy Farmers (UDF) location to the vacant lot on the corner of Whipp Road and Far Hills Avenue.
The lot has been empty for years after a former Sunoco station was demolished on the property.
The new United Dairy Farmers is still in the approval process with the township.
United Dairy Farmers has also bought the building that formerly housed a Pizza Hut located at 33 E. Whipp Road due to having plans for a project at the northeast corner of Whipp Road and Far Hills Avenue for a new UDF.
