JEFFERSON TWP. — The Montgomery County Fair continues “A New Decade of Fun” today, after being cancelled in 2020 due to COVID-19.
The fair will run through the week until July 17 at the fairgrounds on Infirmary Road next to Arthur O Fisher Park.

The 2021 fair will include rides from Big O’ Amusements, along with games, entertainment, a demolition derby, tractor pulls, and much more, including 4-H and FFA exhibits.
Organizers said the fair will feature over 21 fair food vendors. Plus, scooters will be available for rent so visitors can travel from vendor to vendor.

The 169th annual fair will start at noon on Sunday, July 11. Admission to the fair is $10 per person, which includes grandstand events and free parking. Children under the age of 6 are free with a paying adult.
The 2021 fair will be open during the following hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday and Saturday: 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Rides are scheduled to run during the following hours:
Monday through Saturday: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
