I am more than excited to begin my television news career in the place I call home. My family moved to Ohio from Germany when I was just four years old as my dad was stationed at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. I grew up watching my dad chase his dreams, so it was only fitting that I chased mine. After graduating from Wayne High School in 2018, I went on to run track and field at the University of Dayton. It was on that campus that I found a passion for storytelling and working with a camera. In the summer of 2020, I began hosting live interviews on the official UD Athletics instagram page. Months later, I was working as the Head Sports Editor for the university newspaper. Fast forward to June of 2022, I started interning at News Center 7- and never looked back. From the first day I walked through those doors, I knew it was the right fit. Being an honest and empathetic reporter is on the forefront of my mind, and I am beyond looking forward to getting to know the Miami Valley even more than before.
