Trent Cole’s NFL season is over.

The Indianapolis Colts put the Xenia High School graduate on injured reserve Tuesday.

Cole played two games this season, recording three tackles. He missed a Week 2 loss to Denver with a back injury.

Cole has 88.5 career sacks in 12 seasons in the NFL.

He spent the first 10 years of his career with the Eagles before signing with the Colts as a free agent prior to the 2015 season.
