The Ohio Department of Transportation released video of the dump truck that overturned on U.S. 35 West.
UPDATE @ 1:27 p.m.
Police said there was slowed traffic and the dump truck driver swerved to avoid a collision. The load shifted in the truck and sent it toppling over.
Police on scene were not sure whether the driver would be cited.
FIRST REPORT
A dump truck is reported on its side and has the right lane blocked on U.S. 35 West between North Fairfield Road and I-675.
Beavercreek police responded to the scene at approximately 9:25 a.m.
There were no reports of injuries, but traffic may be slowed until the truck can be put back on its wheels and the scene cleared.
