WASHINGTON — Who doesn’t love sliding down hills and playing in snow?
Giant pandas at the Smithsonian National Zoo took a chance to have some fun in a rare snowstorm in Washington, D.C., WRC reported.
Mei Xiang and Tian Tian rolled around in the powder and one of them actually slid down an embankment on its back, head first and legs outstretched. The National Zoo posted the video to its Twitter account.

More snow is in the forecast and the zoo has live stream cameras set up so fans of the pandas can watch them from the comfort and warmth of home.
Giant pandas like the snow because they live in mountainous regions of China, WUSA reported.
The three pandas will live at the National Zoo through 2023, until the agreement with China expires, at which the three will be sent to China to live, WUSA reported.
