NEW YORK — The home where Don Vito Corleone conducted business soon will be available as a vacation rental via Airbnb.
The cost? A mere $50 a night. But of course there’s a catch, but it still may be an offer you can’t refuse, according to the Staten Island Advance.
The 6,248-square-foot English Tudor mansion, used in the 1972 Academy Award-winning film, “The Godfather,” is located in the New York City borough of Staten Island. It was used for exterior shots of the crime family’s home in Francis Ford Coppola’s film, according to the newspaper.

According to its Airbnb listing, the five-bedroom, seven-bath home includes a large saltwater pool, a game room, a gym and a pub in the basement, People reported.
Here’s the catch. The home is available to one renter and up to five guests for a 30-night stay from Aug. 1 to Aug. 31, according to its listing.
But for $1,500, how can you refuse?
The Emerson Hill home, built in 1930, was most recently on the market in 2019 for $1.37 million, according to the Advance. It last sold for $2.4 million in 2016, according to Architectural Digest.
The chance to book the property begins July 27 at 1 p.m. EDT, “Today” reported. Guests will have limited access to closets in the basement and the attic, according to the listing.
Also, because the home is located in a quiet neighborhood, the guests will not be able to host weddings or business gatherings that were memorable scenes in “The Godfather.”
But the kitchen is available for guests, who can leave the guns and take the cannoli.
