SAN ANTONIO — A 15-year-old girl was found inside a stolen vehicle with a gunshot wound to her back, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
Police responded at 10:30 p.m. CST on Saturday, KSAT-TV reported. Officers arriving at the scene discovered a stolen vehicle with all four doors open and the wounded teen inside, according to the television station.
Police said a woman inside the home where the vehicle was parked received a call that her daughter had been shot and was outside, WOAI-TV reported. When the woman went outside, she found her daughter and called the police, according to the television station.

The teen was taken to an area hospital and was listed in stable condition, KSAT reported.
Police believe the shooting occurred at another location, according to KENS-TV. Four teens were taken into custody for questioning, WOAI reported.
No other injuries were reported, according to the television station.
Police said an investigation is ongoing.
