Bitter cold wind chills tonight

A few snow showers and flurries will be possible through the evening hours before tapering off. Any accumulation will be light. Temperatures will drop through the 20s with wind chills dropping into the single digits after sunset.

TONIGHT: Scattered flurries will end with breaks in the clouds. Temperatures will drop into the teens with wind chills in the single digits.

WEDNESDAY: A cold start to the day is expected with temperatures in the middle teens and wind chills near zero. Skies will be partly cloudy with a chance for a few snow showers developing by late afternoon. Highs will be in the upper 20s.

THURSDAY: Mostly sunny skies through much of the day with increasing clouds late. Highs will be in the upper 30s.

FRIDAY: Mostly cloudy skies are expected. There is a chance for a brief wintry mix in the morning before changing to rain showers through the rest of the day. Highs will reach into the upper 40s.

SATURDAY:  Mostly cloudy skies and gusty winds are expected with falling temperatures. A few rain or snow showers will be possible. Early high temperatures are expected to be in the lower 40s.

SUNDAY: Partly cloudy skies and seasonable temperatures are expected with breezy conditions. Highs will be in the middle 40s.
