Ohio Stadium set to celebrate 100th season today

COLUMBUS — Today marks Ohio State’s 133rd season of football with the Buckeye’s game against Notre Dame.

This game will mark the 100th season for Ohio Stadium, according to the Ohio State Buckeyes’ website.

Gov. DeWine took to Twitter to celebrate “The Shoe’s” birthday. “Ohio Stadium will celebrate its 100th year as [Ohio State] returns to The Shoe for their home opener against [Notre Dame] this weekend. Go Bucks!”

Kick-off is set for 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
