The Sidney/Shelby County YMCA is closed today due to issues caused by high water levels.
A problem with an intake valve caused by high water levels has resulted in no working toilets or showers, employees said.
A flash flood watch is in effect until 6 p.m. for Auglaize, Mercer, Miami, Shelby, Champaign, Clark, Darke and Logan counties.
