Police said a man was in possession of heroin when he passed out in his vehicle in a busy Dayton intersection Friday morning.
Jason Young, 42, was issued a summons to court after Dayton officers located the heroin, a syringe and other drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle, according to the Dayton police report.
Police said Young passed out at the intersection of North Gettysburg Avenue and James H. McGee Boulevard around 11:30 a.m.
Police said a passerby reported the incident to emergency personnel.
Young was transported to the hospital for treatment.
