An open house to celebrate the transformation of an underused historic building in Dayton’s Wright-Dunbar district to eight apartments is scheduled for tonight.
The open house will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today during Wright-Dunbar’s “Walk the Walk” event.
The three-story building at 1117-1121 W. Third Street is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and now includes five one-bedroom apartments, three two-bedroom apartments and one studio apartment.
