The third man involved, the second suspect, fled the scene and may be injured as well.

Lt. Bradley Lambert told News Center 7′s Katy Anderson the invasion was not random, and that all three men involved know each other.

“This is not an isolated incident, so no one needs to be afraid that something’s going to spill over to them as a result. This was not a random act, this was a targeted location between people who know each other. No one needs to be worried for their safety,” Lt. Lambert said.

Both men taken to the hospital were said to be on the porch awaiting medical attention when crews arrived on scene and are in stable condition.

Police say they have a good idea as to who the second suspect, last seen driving a green Escalade, is.
